Built at the intersection of business and behavior

After a career that began in finance and took her to Siberia in her 20s, Pamela earned her Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and spent two decades studying what actually drives human performance in business contexts.

She built Capability Intelligence™ because nothing else connected how people naturally work to how businesses actually perform. It has since been used by global leaders, entrepreneurs, equity funders on three continents, UN partners for women and girls, and thousands of individuals aligning their wellbeing with their work.
